Earworm Radio FAQ
We are not looking for any DJs or Show Hosts. We may accept applications in the future, but not at this time.
We try to add new music to the radio server every couple of weeks. Though, we can add new music at anytime.
No, currently we do not have any regularly schedule DJs or Show Hosts. Although, we do have a few floating DJs.
Yes, we do offer air-time for commercials on the radio. Although we have nothing listed, you can contact us directly.
You may submit your music for review by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All songs must be in MP3 format with the ID3 details (track title, artist, album, etc.) filled out. Music submissions that are not in MP3 format will be automatically denied, but can be resubmitted once fixed.
Online Shop FAQ
If you have purchased a digital download you will be notified via email once your purchase is complete. If for some reason you did not receive the confirmation email with download link, you can access your downloads from the My Downloads page located under the “My Account” drop-down menu.
If you placed your order within the last 48 hours your tracking information might not be in the USPS system yet. If it has been longer than 48 hours since your purchase please contact the USPS in your area directly.
No, you are not required to sign up on the website before placing a order. Although, if you are purchasing something that is a digital download signing up is recommended. With having your account you can access much more than you can as a guest. (i.e. Order History, Digital Downloads, Wish-lists, etc.)
We ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday of each week. For US orders, once we have created a shipping label an email is sent to the email you provided at the time of checkout with tracking info of your package. You should receive this email no later than 3 business days from the time of your order. Please be advised that this email may be sent to your spam/junk email folder so be sure to check that and also advise your email service that our email address is not Spam so it does not happen in the future. If you have not received an email containing your tracking info within 3 business days of placing your order then please email email@example.com for an update on your package.
Yes, you can use our Request a Quote form and choose “Audio Production Services” from the drop-down menu. In the Message: area include as much detail about your project as possible, and be sure to include the number of songs on the album, number of artists on the album (including featured artists).
Yes, our live event DJ Services currently span across all of New England. (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont)
Depending what your audio consists of will determine what you get from the services. If you have a voice over or “vocal audio file” we will improve the clarity, remove unwanted background noise, and give you a crisp and clear sound to your recording. If you have a song that has already gone through production we can “boost” your song and use our post-production tools to give you a more full and professional sound.
Loyalty Rewards & Points
No, You can’t buy points but really that would ruin the fun of earning the points, and then making the decision to either save them up or cash them in for benefits and rewards. And lately, if users had the option to buy points that would would be a fast and easy way to climb the ranks which would almost be like cheating ;).
With the new Loyalty Rewards & Points comes a ranking system based on the total number of points on a persons account. The more points you have the higher you climb, simple as that. But there is a twist. As you cash in points for benefits, rewards, merchandise, etc. your rank will go down. So make sure you are spending your points wisely, if you choose to spend them at all. We are not disclosing the names of the ranks, or the specific number of points needed for each. What we are willing to share is we currently have six (6) ranks which range from hundreds of points need to thousands of points needed, and each has its own unique title and description attached.
Points earned can be used for a few different things depending on what your goals are. The first option for spending your hard earned reward points is save them. Partnered with our Loyalty Rewards & Points we also have a ranking system. The more points that you earn the higher your rank will be. As you reach certain point totals you will notice your rank title, image, and description will change. The next option is cashing them in for virtual rewards such as coupons to use on your next purchase from the Earworm Shop. Currently those reward options are:
- $5 OFF – 750 Points
- $10 OFF – 1500 Points
- $15 OFF – 2500 Points
- $20 OFF – 5000 Points
- Free Shipping – 5000 Points
Note: We are always adding, improving, and upgrading so more rewards will be added as-well.
There are various methods to earning point. The first step is make sure you have signed up on our site. If you are a new member signing up will earn you 100 points right away! Once you have your account and have logged in you can earn two (2) points for every $5 you spend in the Earworm Shop. You can also earn points by inviting people to join using your referral code and once they make their first purchase you both get a points bonus. Other ways to earn points are the following:

- Leave reviews on products you have purchased
- Share the Earworm website on Facebook & Twitter
- Like Earworm’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc.)
