If you have purchased a digital download you will be notified via email once your purchase is complete. If for some reason you did not receive the confirmation email with download link, you can access your downloads from the My Downloads page located under the “My Account” drop-down menu.

No, you are not required to sign up on the website before placing a order. Although, if you are purchasing something that is a digital download signing up is recommended. With having your account you can access much more than you can as a guest. (i.e. Order History, Digital Downloads, Wish-lists, etc.)

We ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday of each week. For US orders, once we have created a shipping label an email is sent to the email you provided at the time of checkout with tracking info of your package. You should receive this email no later than 3 business days from the time of your order. Please be advised that this email may be sent to your spam/junk email folder so be sure to check that and also advise your email service that our email address is not Spam so it does not happen in the future. If you have not received an email containing your tracking info within 3 business days of placing your order then please email sales@earwormentertainment.com for an update on your package.

Yes, you can use our Request a Quote form and choose “Audio Production Services” from the drop-down menu. In the Message: area include as much detail about your project as possible, and be sure to include the number of songs on the album, number of artists on the album (including featured artists).

Yes, our live event DJ Services currently span across all of New England. (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont)

Depending what your audio consists of will determine what you get from the services. If you have a voice over or “vocal audio file” we will improve the clarity, remove unwanted background noise, and give you a crisp and clear sound to your recording. If you have a song that has already gone through production we can “boost” your song and use our post-production tools to give you a more full and professional sound.

Yes, if you have a project (audio enhancement, album production, single production, etc.) and you feel our listed Services don’t fully meet you requirements you can contact us directly or use our “Request a Quote” option in the Online Shop.

Design Services FAQ

  • Custom Design (no templates)
  • 4 initial beginning concepts (delivered usually within 1 week) *
  • Multiple Drafts Allowed **
  • 4-6 week turnaround time for full completion of logo
  • Full ownership of artwork

* A concept consists of the initial idea of the look and feel of the logo. The concept will be determined by a series of questions asked by the designer of the logo to the client.

** A draft consists of a series of revisions/changes that the client wants on the logo after the first initial concepts are delivered. As logos are an in depth process and because each logo is different, we do not like to set a certain amount of drafts allowed (let’s just say that we allow A LOT of drafts). We strive to have 100% complete satisfaction of the client so we will work as long as we can to make sure that they are completely happy with the end result of the finalized logo. It is at the designers discretion to terminate the project if the amount of drafts are becoming too much or if the designer feels that the project has went past the hours of work involved with the price of the logo. If either the designer or the client wants to terminate the project, all the native files from which everything was created can be provided to the client if need be. If a logo design is in production we cannot refund your payment.

  • Single sided digital release cover only (3000px X 3000px @ 300dpi)
  • 1 concept/idea *
  • Up to 3 drafts (series of changes) **
  • 1 week turnaround time

* A concept consists of the initial idea of the look and feel of the release cover (ex. a geometric shape over a natural landscape). Once a concept has been decided upon, there cannot be any changing of the overall idea/concept of the cover. If an entire new concept is wanted after the first concept has already been created and delivered to the client, another release cover will have to be purchased.

** A draft consists of a series of revisions/changes that the client wants on the release cover after its first initial delivery. This can include but is not limited to: an artist name or title change, image change, changing of color, tweaking/manipulation of graphics or basically any slight change that is needed or wanted on the release cover. More than one change/revision can be asked of the designer for each draft so it is best to provide all the changes wanted after the initial release cover is delivered. The first completed concept of the release cover that is sent to the client is NOT considered the first draft. If the client is not pleased with the product after the third draft is delivered, all of the native files from which the release cover was created will be sent to the client and they can do as they please with it after that. If a release cover design is in production we cannot refund your payment.

Of course, we are here to make our customers happy. If it’s a minor revision we will take care of it for free, but we reserve the right to ask for additional fees for bigger changes.

If a design service is in production we cannot refund your payment.

Minor – color changes, text changes, light lyric timing changes, font face changes, image swaps, opening/ending text changes

Major – animation changes, multiple lyric timing, concept changes, audio swaps (requires additional reviews for correct timing), Adding more elements

IG video – max of 2 revisions
Promo Video – max of 2 revisions
Lyric Video – 1 revision pass after first delivery within one week
Track Video – 1 revision after first delivery
Logo Opener – 1 revision after first delivery

Design Packages Turnaround time varies from 2- 5 weeks due to various elements in package that needs to be given or created prior to video production.

Turnaround time for video (based on getting all needed assets at time of order) Production time are started when BOTH payment and assets are received; project in inputted to our designers production schedule which may vary start time.

  • EPK – 5-7 days depending on current work load
  • Instagram video – up to 5 days – based off cover art unless stated otherwise
  • Promo Video – up to 5 days based off cover art unless stated otherwise
  • Lyric Video – 1 – 4 weeks* – varies on assets provided (length of song itself / length and speed of lyric for song / Vocal to instrumental ratio (song at least 2/3 spoken / complexity of concept and animation) we may delay production of a lyric video due to other lyric videos in the queue. 1.5 weeks for initial concept, provide overall concept up to 20 secs of how it will look and then have it completed by 4 –5 weeks varies on assets provided (length of song itself / length and speed of lyric for song / Vocal to instrumental ratio (song at least 2/3 spoken / complexity of concept and animation) we may delay production of a lyric video due to other lyric videos in the queue.
  • Track Video – up to 2 weeks – based off cover art unless stated otherwise
  • Logo Opener – up to 2 weeks – based off the form and communication with the client.
  • Music Video – inquire – based on your budget for the video, concept, assets for video, etc..
