We ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday of each week. For US orders, once we have created a shipping label an email is sent to the address you provided at the time of checkout with tracking info for your package. You should receive this email no later than 3 business days from the time of your order. Please be advised that this email may be sent to your spam/junk email folder so be sure to check that and also advise your email service that our email address is not Spam so it does not happen in the future. If you have not received an email containing your tracking info within 3 business days of placing your order please email us at email@example.com or use our contact form located here for an update on your package.
