Use Your Alexa Device With Earworm Radio
You can use your Alexa device with Earworm Radio and TuneIn Radio! We are going to show you all the different methods of streaming Earworm Radio both on-the-go and at home.
Tune in with TuneIn Radio
This method uses the TuneIn Radio App available for free from the iOS App Store & Google Play. Once you have downloaded and installed the TuneIn Radio App search “Earworm Entertainment” and start streaming. For quick access to our radio stream, you can also add the radio station to your Favorites.
Tune in Using Alexa
Now that you are more familiar with the TuneIn Radio App lets start streaming Earworm Radio using your Amazon Alexa, Echo, and Show devices. The first step is to add the TuneIn Radio Skill using the Amazon Alexa app on your smartphone. This is a standard control app for all Amazon devices. This method also applies to Amazon’s FireTV as-well. Once you have added the TuneIn Radio Skill you will find various suggested voice commands and phrases to control TuneIn Radio but the standard phrase which seems to work consistently and with minimal frustration is…
                                     “ALEXA, PLAY EARWORM ENTERTAINMENT”   OR
“ALEXA, PLAY EARWORM ENTERTAINMENT ON TUNE-IN RADIO”
Keep in mind, the Amazon Alexa devices have multiple options for what is called “Wake Words” to interact with your device. Currently, the words available are Alexa, Echo, Amazon, & Computer. This is something to keep in mind when trying to stream using voice commands.
Other Methods
We have covered how to tune in with TuneIn Radio and Amazon Alexa, now let us talk about the other available streaming methods. There are two basic methods of streaming Earworm Radio that doesn’t require any 3rd-party devices. First, you can open your browser and navigate to www.earwormonline.com then simply click “Play”. The Earworm Online website is the home of not only Earworm Radio but also Majik Ninja Radio. The second basic method of streaming uses software on your computer rather than your web browser. For this to work you will need to download software that handles a stream format, for example, VLC Media Player or Winamp. Once you have installed one of these programs just click one of the icons as seen below.
